Shelli Lucus-Kennedy
Shelli Lucus-Kennedy is the Senior Risk Manager and owner of Insurance Risk Services which she founded in 2004. Shelli brings with her over 40 years of experience in the insurance and risk management business and owned her own brokerage for 17 years. She has vast experience in all areas of Construction Risk Management and Insurance. Shelli is a passionate dog rescuer, mother to her son Ryder and enjoys music and fun with her family.
Jill Weaver
Jill Weaver, Account Manager, has over 35 years of experience working in various capacities in both large and small companies. Her experience ranges from Finance, Performance Management to Quality Assurance in a computing environment. She has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, is a licensed Property Casualty Agent and holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation. Jill enjoys spending time with her family of 4 and a myriad of activities supporting her daughter's equestrian career, photography, hiking and travelling.
Kelly Ashton
Kelly is an all-around team player who has been supporting the team from day one. Kelly is a licensed Property Casualty Agent, holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation and has a BA from Western Washington University in Economics and Environmental Studies. Kelly adapts quickly, takes her account management head-on, and sees each task through with great confidence and consideration. She enjoys hiking, backpacking and spending time with her kids. She is very active in the Boy Scouts of America taking the kids on all kinds of adventures in outdoor survival like snow camping.
